How to enable cookies on your browser

If you're using Netscape 4.61 and 4.72
If you're using Firefox 4.x or higher
If you're using Internet Explorer 4.0
If you're using Internet Explorer 5.0
If you're using Internet Explorer 6.x, 8.x, or 9.x

If you're using Netscape 4.61 and 4.72:

  1. Choose the Edit menu, and then select Preferences.
  2. In the category box on the left, click Advanced.
  3. Choose from one of two options in the box labeled Cookies.
  4. Click OK to save the changes.

If you're using Firefox 4.x or greater:

  1. Choose the Tools menu, and then select Options.
  2. In the category at the top, click Privacy.
  3. By default, cookies should be enabled. Under History, check if "Firefox will: Use custom settings for history" is selected.
  4. Ensure that the "Accept cookies from sites" checkbox is selected, and that ti.com is not listed in the "Exceptions..."
  5. Click OK to save the changes.

If you're using Internet Explorer 4.0:

  1. Choose the View menu, and then select Internet Options.
  2. Click the Advanced tab.
  3. Scroll down to the yellow exclamation icon under Security and choose "Always accept cookies."
  4. Close your browser and re-open it to apply the changes.

If you're using Internet Explorer 5.0:

  1. Choose the Tools menu and then select Internet Options.
  2. Click the Security tab,
  3. Click Internet, then Custom Level.
  4. Scroll down to Cookies and choose "Enable" under both options.
  5. Click OK to close the box.
  6. Close your browser and re-open to apply the changes.

If you're using Internet Explorer 6.x, 8.x, or 9.x:

  1. Choose the Tools menu and then select Internet Options.
  2. Click the Privacy tab,
  3. Default setting is medium. Move the slider to determine which setting you prefer.
  4. Click on Advanced for specialized cookie treatment.
